Our Process

Step 1

Schedule a complimentary 1-hour consultation with Dr. Schumann where your business ideas and goals will be discussed.

Step 2

Dr. Schumann will prepare a proposal that will address your business needs.

Step 3

There will be a 1-hour complimentary Proposal meeting where the Business Plan Proposal will be discussed. 

According to Alan Weiss-"The Rockstar of Consulting" from his book Million Dollar Consulting© Proposals (2012), there are nine key components in his Million Dollar Consulting© Proposal Structure (p. 67). The Schumann Group uses this proposal structure because it is professional, ethical, fair to the client and the consultant, and provides clear objectives for value and success.
